Elk River Baptist
Elk River Baptist Church, Highway 321, Butler, will have Vacation Bible School July 18-20 with sessions each day from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Homecoming will be held Sunday, July 24, beginning with the 10 a.m. service. A covered dish dinner will be served following morning worship.
Everyone is invited.
The Rev. Larry Pearson is pastor.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 West F St., will have both an in-person and online service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Dr. Vicki Garlock is guest speaker for the Sunday service. Her message is titled “Finding Hope” and is based on Lamentations and James 1: 2-5.
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet in person.
Also, Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online also.
The pastor is the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt.

First Christian
First Christian Church, 513 Hattie Ave., will have both an in-person and live radio service Sunday at 9:45 a.m. The radio service will be on 90.5 FM and can be heard in the church parking lot.
The message for the Sunday service will be given by the minister, Michael Klaus.
Also, the worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Wednesday Bible study is at 6 p.m. The congregation is presently doing the series “Drive Thru History: Acts to Revelation” by Dave Stotts.
Vacation Bible School will be held Friday, July 29, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

New Liberty
The Rev. Eric Heaton will preach at services Sunday at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Rev. Heaton formerly pastored at Dungan Chapel Baptist Church.
Everyone is invited.
The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

CCCMF Meeting
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, July 19, at 7 p.m. at the Gap Creek Christian Church.
Paul Peer, minister of New Hope Church of Christ, will speak.
