Joe “Flash” Gordon, 62, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on Sunday, July 17, 2022.
Joe was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a former firefighter for the cities of N. Charleston, S.C., and St. Augustine, Fla. He was also a paramedic for the state of Florida and the state of Tennessee until he retired 10 years ago.
Joe was a kind, loving man who loved people and his family with all of his heart and soul. He always gave 110% to everything he did.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Marcie; his son, Chris Gordon, Baldwin USAF; a brother, Michael Gordon, and a sister, Amorette Pilant, both of Florida; two stepsons, Barry McCullough of Florida, and Lukas McCullough of Tennessee; six grandchildren; and many more family and friends.
Thank you Heavenly Father for the blessing that Joe was to so many. Services are being withheld at this time. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Fallen Firefighters Families Fund or your favorite charity.
