On Saturday, Aug. 13, a Celebration of Life service for Erik Anderson, who passed away on August 4, will be held from 2 until 4 p.m. at Anderson Community Park (behind the post office) in Roan Mountain.
Erik played an essential role in the development of the Roan Mountain Community Park.
The Celebration will begin at 2 p.m. followed by a pot luck and sharing of memories at 4 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend.
