Frank Hicks turned 85 on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Born in White Oak Mountain, he is the oldest of five children of Joseph and Rosie Hicks.
Frank has four children, Gary Hicks, Donna Reddy (Vinney Reddy), Lori Pierce and Rosella Scalf (Travis Scalf).
He has six grandchildren, Robin, Saghel, Koty, Katy, Kyndal and Kymber, and three great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Ellie and Mason.
Frank attends First Christian Church. He enjoys walking downtown, being outside, and socializing.
His 85th birthday was celebrated with a family dinner on Sunday.
