Milligan Free Will
Milligan Free Will Baptist Church, 1471 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, will have special singing Sunday at the evening service at 6 p.m.
Featured will be the Edwards Family from Burnsville, N.C.
Everyone is invited.
The Rev. Mark Street is pastor.

Carter Christian
Carter Christian Church, 1765 Highway 91, Stoney Creek, will celebrate homecoming and its 87th anniversary Sunday, beginning at 10:30 a.m. (There will not be any Sunday School classes that day.)
Lynn Buckles will be the speaker for the service and special music will be provided.
Following the worship service, there will be a covered dish dinner.
Everyone is invited.

Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will observe homecoming Sunday, Sept. 25.
Sunday School will begin at 10 a.m. and special singing by the Tipton Family will be featured at 10:25 a.m. followed by a message from the Rev. Mark Potter.
Lunch will follow the service in the fellowship hall.
There will be no evening service.
The pastor, the Rev. Donnie Harris, invites everyone to attend.

New Liberty Free Will
Youth Sunday will be observed Sunday at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, with the Teen Class leading church activities. They will teach Sunday School classes and serve in all roles.
Wes Greer will be the featured speaker at the 11 a.m. worship service and the Rev. Tim Broyles will preach at the 6 p.m. worship service.
Everyone is invited to attend and support the church youth.
The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

First Christian
First Church Church, 513 Hattie Ave., will conclude its sermon series “What the Church Needs Now” at the morning service Sunday. Greg Key, minister at Westside Christian Church, will preach at the 9:45 a.m. service.
The Wednesday night service is at 6 p.m.
Everyone is invited.

Poplar Grove Baptist
Tina Smith from North Carolina will be special guest at the 11 a.m. service Oct. 2 at Poplar Grove Baptist Church. She will present special music.
Everyone is invited.

Borderview Christian
Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, will have its 10th Annual Night of Praise Sunday at the 6 p.m. service.
The service will feature the talents of Borderview musicians and singers. The theme of the service is the grand old hymn of praise, “O For A Thousand Tongues to Sing.”
The service will feature instrumentals, vocals, and hymn stories.
Everyone is welcome.
Scott Fisher is the senior minister and Sallie Biles is the youth director.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., will have both an-person and online worship service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the message, “Seeing With the Eye of God,” based on Phil.: 4: 8-9.
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet in-person and online.

Casi Full Gospel
Casi Full Gospel Church will hold their 44th Annual Song Revival from October 2 – October 7 at 7 p.m. nightly.
Singing on Sunday, Oct. 2, will be The Hoppers; Monday, Oct. 3, Mylon Hayes Family; Tuesday, Oct. 4, Gold City; Wednesday, Oct. 5, Perry’s; Thursday, Oct. 6, Chuck Wagon Gang; and Friday, Oct. 7, Primitive Quartet.
There is no admission but a free will offering will be taken.
The church is located at 370 Cassi Road, Chuckey (just off Hwy. 107).
