Lynn Valley Baptist
Lynn Valley Baptist Church will present Chosen Road’s Appalachian Christmas Tour Dec. 18 at 6 p.m.
The church is located at 1367 Broad St.
The show will require tickets.
New Liberty Free Will
The Rev. Bill Greer will preach Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. His sermon will be preceded by Christmas music selections by Laura Coleman, Joy Shoun, and Kennedy Forelock.
The New Liberty Kids and Teens will be featured during the 6 p.m. worship service as they speak, sing, and play musical instruments celebrating Christ’s birth.
Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy all these Christmas-focused services.
New Liberty Free Will is located in the Stoney Creek community at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.
Big Springs Church of Christ
“Music of the Holy Night,” a Christmas piano concert by Scott Reynolds, pianist, will be presented at the Big Springs Church of Christ Sunday, Dec. 11, at 6 p.m.
The church is located at 1106 Gap Creek Road.
The public is invited.
First Christian
Services at First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will begin at 9:45 a.m. Sunday followed by Bible school with classes for all ages.
Wednesday, the congregation will begin Christmas Bible studies and events.
The public is invited.

Borderview Christian
Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, will begin the Christmas season with a musical “O Little Town of Bethlehem” Sunday, Dec. 4, at 10:45 a.m. The musical will be presented again at 4 p.m.
The musical, by Russell Mauldin, builds the Christmas story around the familiar carol and introduces beautiful Christmas songs with solos by Cyndie Leimbach, Ray Don Markland, and Lindsay Williams. Bobby Frazier is narrator.
The public is invited to attend.
Scott Fisher serves as senior minister and Sallie Biles is student director.
Willow Springs
The Willow Springs Baptist Church Choir will present the cantata “Glorious Impossible” Sunday, Dec. 11, during the 11 a.m. worship service. The choir is directed by Bobby Smith.
At 6 p.m. the children will present their Christmas program under the direction of Terri Jordan.
Everyone is invited.
Dr. Kenneth Jordan serves the church as pastor.
First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., will have both an in-person and online service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present a message from Luke 3: 1-18 titled “Cleaning House.”
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet both in person and online Sunday.
Fork Mountain
By Way of the Cross singers will present a special program of music Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Fork Mountain Free Will Baptist Church, Roan Mountain.
