Colleen Beulah Byrd Bowling, 76, of Elizabethton, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born February 27, 1946 in Elizabethton to the late John and Etta Julie Guinn Byrd.
Colleen was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Bowling, and one brother, Arnold Byrd.
Survivors include her son, David Bowling; a daughter, Teresa Baker; a sister, Roxie Simerly; and a brother, Ivan Byrd. Several grandchildren also survive.
It was her wish to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfelizabethton.com.
