City of Elizabethton Water Resources General Manager Jonathan Pleasant has announced that due to water line work in relation to the ongoing State Route 91 project on Holly Lane that beginning at 7 a.m. on December 30, customers from West Doe Avenue to West Elk Avenue may experience low water pressure or even no water service.
Also on the same day, there will be water line work on West Elk Avenue.
Customers who can expect an impact from this work will be those from Holly Lane to North Roan Street who may experience low water pressure or loss of water all together.
Work will continue until completed on the two projects.
“We appreciate the cooperation and patience of our customers as we work on the repairs in these two areas,” said Pleasant.
