Elizabethton was the one stoking the flames in this one as they built a 19-4 lead at the first stop and never looked back as they put the Lady Devils on ice with a 74-36 victory.
Three Lady Cyclones reached double figures while 11 of the 13 players that saw action recorded at least a deuce.
Lina Lyon set the pace in the first half for Elizabethton tallying 10 points to help expand the halftime advantage to 36-10. Renna Lane dumped in nine points in the first half while post Marlee Mathena added six.
The second half was a mirror reflection of the first as Elizabethton head coach Lucas Andrews was able to get several players on the court to close out the contest.
