On Feb. 11 at approximately 10:30 p.m., the Johnson City Police Department responded to the Exxon gas station at 917 N. State of Franklin Road on a report of an armed robbery. According to a release from the JCPD, the clerk at this location had been held up at gunpoint and an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen. The perpetrator was a black male wearing black pants, a black hoodie, black gloves and a ski mask that covered all except for his eyes and nose.
