Doe River
Doe River Baptist Church will have its monthly food pantry Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 6 p.m. Those in need of food are invited to attend.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, has services at 9:45 a.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Carter McClendon, Children’s Director, will bring the message at the Sunday morning service.
The Wednesday worship group is continuing the series “12 Extraordinary Women” by John MacArthur at 6 p.m.
First Christian has a food pantry. Those who need a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.
Michael Klaus is minister.
The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

CCCM Fellowship
The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. at the Big Spring Church of Christ. Mike Koruschak, minister at Southside Christian Church, will be the guest speaker.
Men are invited to attend and bring a friend.

New Liberty Free Will
New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church will honor Pastor Wesley Duncan and his wife, Kim, with a Welcome Aboard service and lunch Sunday.
The Duncans began their new ministry Jan. 1 at New Liberty. They have served in the ministry for approximately 30 years, most recently at Burbank Free Will Baptist Church.
Rev. Duncan will preach at the 11 a.m. service, which will include music by the New Liberty Revival Choir and the New Liberty Quartet. Following the service lunch will be served in the fellowship hall.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
There will be no evening service.
The church is located in Peters Hollow near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

Associational music school
The 45th Annual Watauga Association of Baptists Music School will be held Feb. 20-21 and 23-24 at Grace Baptist Church, 114 Broad St.
The school will be under the direction of Dr. Scott Shepherd, Tennessee Baptist Convention Worship Specialist.
Sessions will begin at 7 p.m.
The school will feature the musical “King of Kings” by Dennis Allen. Orchestra players are needed.

Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church will have a Chili Cook Off meal following the combined worship service Sunday, March 5.
Both, men and women are encouraged to make and submit chili, dessert, or both.
Sunday School is at 9 a.m. and combined worship is at 10 a.m.
There will be no evening service that day.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an online and in-person worship service Sunday, Feb. 18.
Scripture reading this Sunday is Matt. 6: 1-18 followed by a sermon titled “A Path Toward God” from the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt.
Adult Forum is Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
Meditation is Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
The public is invited.
