City of Elizabethton announces Presidents’ Day closings

The City of Elizabethton offices will be closed on Feb. 20 to observe Presidents’ Day.
Garbage collection for the week of Feb. 20-24 will be as follows:
Monday through Thursday will be collected one day late with Thursday and Friday being collected on Friday.
