Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening with Gerihab Mobile – Instructor, K.C., Free, 8:30.; Game Hour – Do you play cards? Want a puzzle partner? Join us, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Salisbury Steak, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m., with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m., with Instructor, Carrie Maggard, $3.
Tuesday: Lunch – Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing, 12-2 p.m., with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3; Shopping at Wal-Mart, 12-1 p.m. Please call the Center to schedule a ride.
Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, Free, 9-10 a.m.; Paint a planter basket! Thursday: Fundraising Committee Meeting, 11:30 a.m. (originally 12:30, moved up timeframe); Lunch – Soup Beans, 11 a.m.
Friday: Let’s Play Bingo, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Breaded Chicken Tenders, 11 a.m.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Are you raising a grandchild or even a great-grandchild? Grandparents Raising Grandchildren meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Elizabethton Senior Center. Next meeting is April 25 at 10 a.m. You can find support and resource connection!
Beginning in April, the Elizabethton Senior Center will be partnering with Caris Healthcare to begin holding a monthly Veterans Support Group. All veterans are welcome! Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month! The upcoming meeting will be May 12 from 1-2 p.m. – Coffee and Snack!
REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council. Make sure you can be located in case of an emergency.
