• Monday, May 1
The Elizabethton Choral Club will present its Spring Concert at 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 212 East F St., Elizabehton. The 30-voice choir will present an enjoyable program of choral pieces, covering several musical genres. There will also be piano and organ duets presented by members of the group. The Elizabethton Choral Club has a long rich history beginning during World War II. The concert, directed by Debbie Gouge and accompanied by Susan Heaton, is free and open to the public.
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) will meet at First Baptist Church, 212 East F St., Elizabethton. Weigh-in begins at 5:30-6:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
