Mr. and Mrs. Randy Payne, Elizabethton, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
The couple were married on May 4, 1973 by the late Rev. Warren Montgomery.
Mrs. Payne is the former Debra Kay Pierce.
They are the parents of one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Michelle Payne.
