To the Editor:
The worst sportsmanship I’ve ever seen from any high school in my life occurred in the baseball game with Unicoi County and Elizabethton High Schools. Sorry bunch of players, coaches, fans and parents from Elizabethton. I could really write on this for days, but I’ll make it short.
If you think it will blow over in a few days, weeks, or even years, you’re badly mistaken. Unicoi County has a proud history and a tremendous fan base in baseball as Elizabethton does in football. They will not forget. Sorry.
