Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening – Gerihab Mobile – K.C., Free, 8:30 a.m.; Lunch – Salisbury Steak, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm, with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow – Yoga Farm with Instructor, Cindy Brugnolett, $3, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Walk With Ease Program, 9 a.m.; Boys & Girls Club Reading Program, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, Health Department, 10 a.m.; Chicken, Broccoli and Rice, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing, 12-2 p.m., with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Are you raising a grandchild or even a great-grandchild? Grandparents Raising Grandchildren meets on the last Tuesday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Elizabethton Senior Center. Next meeting is June 27 at 10 a.m. You can find support and resource connection!
The Elizabethton Senior Center is partnering with Caris Healthcare to begin holding a monthly Veterans Support Group. All veterans are welcome! Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month! The upcoming meeting will be July 13 from 1-2 p.m. – Coffee and Snack!
REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council. Make sure you can be located in case of an emergency.
