The Elizabethton Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying individuals involved in a shoplifting incident at Lowes of Elizabethton on July 8. The individuals left the business without paying for over $500 in paint and painting supplies. The individuals are traveling in what appears to be a mid ’90s white Ford Mustang.
Anonymous tips can be submitted via text message by texting TIPEPD and your tip to 847411.
