Knoxville woman arrested for indecent exposure outside of WCDC

JONESBOROUGH – Elizabeth Lea Laster, 28, Knoxville, was arrested by Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies for flashing inmates housed inside the Washington County Detention Center.

According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies charged Laster with indecent exposure after she was discovered in the parking lot exposing herself. The Communications Center at WCSO informed deputies of her location. Deputies observed her beside her vehicle exposing various body parts in the direction of WCDC, and immediately took her into custody. Laster stated to deputies that she came to the jail to visit her ex-boyfriend, an inmate at the facility.

Deputies booked Laster into WCDC without incident. Her bond was set at $1,000.
