JOHNSON CITY – Johnson City Public Works will close one eastbound and one westbound lane of traffic on West State of Franklin Road near the Cherokee Street extension on Monday, Aug. 21. The lane closures will remain in place through Wednesday, Aug. 23, or until related work is complete.

Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
