To the Editor:
Good news according to TN lawmaker Rep. Jason Zachary, “Gov. Lee is no longer pushing red flag laws for the Special Session.”
Zachary said, “Governor Lee is not pushing any type of gun control legislation nor is he pushing red flag legislation.” Zachary said if Democrats attempt to push such legislation it will never see the light of day on the TN House floor. Aaron Gulbransen also said, there will be no “red flag” law. Gulbransen said it was a giant win for conservatives that the governor’s official list of priorities for the special session did not include a red flag or Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) law.
Ending child trafficking and saving children is a priority. Gulbransen said, It was always clear that the TN General Assembly would never allow “red flag” law or any other Marxist (Communist) proposal. The truth is that the TN General Assembly is full of hardworking, good, conservative people who have stood for the Constitution and have already ensured that there will never be a red flag law. Because of the invasion at the U.S. borders the governor and TN General Assembly should pass laws to encourage Tennesseans to buy guns. They could remove taxes on guns, ammo and gun safes. Pray and prepare. Only Jesus can save America and each of us! The polls show the people of Tennessee want dangerous people removed from the state and not guns. Sadly there are more dangerous people coming into our state than ever before because we have no borders. Some have been seen crossing our borders with guns. One expert said, “They’re armed and wearing full tactical gear as they cross.” All the U.S. Federal Agencies like the IRS are arming themselves. All families should also arm themselves. It is the worst time in our country’s history to have gun control because we are being invaded. More Tennesseans than ever should have guns including women. Women are also the best shots!
