For Paige, the restaurant business runs deep in her family’s veins. “My entire family has always been in the restaurant business,” she proudly declares. “My great-grandmother and uncle also ran restaurants in the area. If you remember Jack’s Restaurant down on the corner, that was my uncle’s place, and now we’re continuing the legacy right here at Paigel’s.”
