Greene County – The Cloudland Highlanders traveled to North Greene Friday night for a conference clash with the Huskies. North Greene tried to make a game of it early, but the Highlander rushing attack was too strong.

On the opening possession, the Highlanders failed to find their niche and turned the ball over on downs. The Huskies couldn’t get much going on offense either, as they turned the ball over on downs. Benfield motivated his squad as the Highlander offense came alive. Kyle Birchfield ended the drive with the night’s first score, giving Cloudland the lead 8-0. The Huskies found a spark as they answered with a score of their own, tying the score 8-8.
