Bobby Jo Waddle has been convicted in Washington County Criminal Court of unlawful possession of a firearm by a person with a prior violent felony conviction, a Class B felony.
Waddle was convicted in Washington County Criminal Court on August 1, and sentenced on Oct. 6 for 30 years, of which 85 percent must be served.
Waddle’s case was prosecuted by Fred Lance and Scott Shults of the First Judicial District Attorney General’s office.
