Strange things happen around All Hallows Eve, especially at an old fort by the river.
But, don’t be afraid. Fort Watauga at Sycamore Shoals State Park isn’t haunted.
Thursday, Oct. 26, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. the fort will be alive with tales of haunts and happenings of days gone by. The evening will feature family-friendly stories, songs, and tales that are sure to send a shiver down your spine and also tickle your funny bone.
It’s an annual event not to be missed, so bring your lawn chair and a blanket and enjoy the evening.
