Jeffrey Frank Greene, 60, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center. He was born May 23, 1963 to the late Frank H. and Virginia Dare Smith Greene.
Jeffrey was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. He loved to ride his motorcycle. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his brother, J. Louie Greene.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 28, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Thursday, will be Louie Greene, Paul Bellamy, Dale Fair, Johnny Crowe, Wes Johnson and Tim Higgins. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
