Senior citizens from Elizabethton and the area recently hit the road for a bus trip to Lancaster, Pa. The trip took them to Gettysburg National Park and a tour of the battlefield. They enjoyed the "Moses" show at the Sight and Sound Theater and finally, a visit to Hershey's Chocolate World. They had lots of fun and more chocolate than they could eat. The group is pictured outside the Tennessee Memorial at the Gettysburg Battlefield. Another trip is planned next fall to Lancaster to see Daniel at the Sight and Sound Theater.
