First Baptist Church, Elizabethton, will host a Benefit Christmas Concert Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m. featuring Loretta Bowers, Fred Goodwin, John Bunn, Gary Rice, Jared Erwin, Jamie Schaff, Beth Stevens, Emilee Whitehead, Terry Woods, Catherine Bunton, the Harold McCormick Show Choir, and the First Baptist Church Children’s Choir.
An offering will be received for the Carter Compassion Center, a nonprofit organization in the city as a united effort between area churches and non-profits. The center serves as a liaison to connect people rebuilding their lives with a network of resources.
A love offering will be received for the center.
