The Elizabethton Kiwanis Club will have its Seventh Annual Chili Supper prior to the annual Christmas Parade. The supper will be from 4 to 6 p.m. at First Christian Church of Elizabethton. The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave. Tickets are $6.
