Blue Springs
Blue Springs Christian Church will present its live nativity on December 15 and 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. on the main Blue Springs Road near the church. The church is located on the Don Rominger Road.
The live nativity is a 50-plus years tradition for the church.
Andrew Church is the minister.
The congregation invites the public to drive by and see the nativity.

First Christian
First Christian Church has worship at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday and Bible study at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. During the month of December, there are special events planned on Sundays and Wednesdays, and the public is invited to attend.
First Christian has a food pantry, and persons needing a food box are asked to call the church at 542-5651 to make an appointment.
The church is located at 513 Hattie Ave., and Michael Klaus is minister.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an online and live worship service Sunday at 11 a.m. Sunday’s service will feature “Sounds of the Season” by the chancel and handbell choirs, local musicians, and vocalists. The programs will also feature inspirational readings by the pastor, the Rev. D. Brian Wyatt.
Adult Forum meets online and in person at 9:45 a.m.
The public is invited to attend.

Union Baptist
Union Baptist Church, Hampton, will present the Christmas comedy “Christmas in Juneberry” based on the Andy Griffith Show, Sunday, Dec. 17, at 6 p.m.
The public is invited to join the congregation and go back to a simpler time and the true meaning of Christmas.
The Rev. James Bentley is pastor.

First Methodist
First Methodist Church will have a joint cantata with First Baptist Church on Sunday, Dec. 17, at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church.
The congregation will also have a Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m. Dec. 24 at the church.
Everyone is invited.

Willow Springs Baptist
The Adult Choir will present the cantata “Oh Come Worship the King” Sunday at Willow Springs Baptist Church. The cantata will be presented at 10 a.m.
Also, that evening at 6 p.m., the children will have their program.
Wednesday evening, Dec. 13, Sacred Harmony will present Christmas music at 7 p.m.
Everyone is invited.

Big Springs Church of Christ
Big Springs Church of Christ, 1106 Gap Creek Road, will host a Christmas concert by Scott Reynolds, pianist, Sunday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m.
Christmas carols in various styles will be presented with video enhancement of the worship service.
Scott is a local musician with a long history of playing piano in worship services and at community events.
The public is invited to attend this concert.
Glen Layfield is minister at Big Springs.

Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church will have a combined worship service Christmas Eve at 10 a.m.
A Christmas Eve candlelight service will be held at 5 p.m. on Dec. 24.
The public is invited.

New Liberty Free Will
New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church will continue its month-long celebration of Christ’s birth Sunday with the New Liberty Revival Choir providing Christmas music selections during the Sunday worship service at 11 a.m.
A Kids Talent Night will be held at the 6 p.m. worship service.
The pastor, the Rev. Wesley Duncan, invites everyone to come and enjoy the songs of the Christmas season.
New Liberty is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road located near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

Boone Trail Baptist
Follow the Star, a live drive-through nativity, will be presented by the Boone Trail Baptist Church Dec. 14-16 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The drive-through will be at the Barn at Boone Falls Reserve, located at 113 KLM Drive, Johnson City. The entrance to the drive-through is on KLM Drive.

Lower Shell Creek Christian
The youth group of Lower Shell Creek Christian Church will present its Christmas program Sunday at 6 p..
Following the program there will be a churchwide Christmas party and a visit from a familiar person..
