On December 14, Johnson City Police Department officers apprehended Jazmine Ryan, 20, a resident of Johnson City, on charges of exploiting a minor via electronic means. The arrest followed an investigation into allegations that Ryan exposed a minor to pornographic images and videos.
Ryan is currently in custody at the Washington County Detention Center, with a bond set at $50,000. Her arraignment is slated for December 15 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
