Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments are necessary.
Monday: Balance, Toning & Strengthening – Instructor, K.C. with Gerihab Mobile, $3, 8:30 a.m.; Melody Hour – Bring an instrument or join to listen, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Oven Fried Chicken Breast, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Instructor, Shirley Gomillian with Yoga Farm, $3, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-flow Yoga – Instructor, Cindy Brugnoletti with Yoga Farm, $3, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Boys & Girls Club Reading Program, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Soup Beans, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Sharon Pilk, 12-2 p.m., $3.
Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, Free, 9-10 a.m.; Lunch – Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Instructor, Shirley Gomillian with Yoga Farm, $3, 12:15-1:15 p.m.; Gentle-flow Yoga – Instructor, Cindy Brugnoletti with Yoga Farm, $3, 1:30-2:30 p.m.; Families Raising Families – Family Night! Come out for support, connection, and resources, while the kids enjoy activities and light snacks! Location: Elizabethton Parks & Rec, Address: 300 West Mill St., 6-7 p.m.
Thursday: Lunch – Baked Ham, 11 a.m.; Strokes – ETSU Quillen College of Medicine – Help a medical student get credit and learn about strokes – signs and symptoms, 1-2 p.m.
Friday: Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest – Snacks & Refreshments, 9:30 a.m.; Let’s Play Bingo – Special Host Oasis Senior Advisors, 10 a.m.; Lunch – No Meals – FTHRA is closed. Center is open 8 a.m.-noon. *FTHRA is closed, and Net Trans is closed. Transit will not run.

REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council.
Vet Café is canceled this month and will resume in January 2024.
