Some government offices will close Friday for Christmas holiday

Offices at the Carter County Courthouse will be closed Friday as well as Christmas Day and the day after for the Christmas holiday.
The First Utility District will be closed Dec. 23 as well as Christmas Day and the day after Christmas.
Also, all state offices will be closed Friday, Dec. 22, and Monday, Dec. 25.
Also, offices at the Elizabethton City Hall will be closed on Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26 for the Christmas holiday.
