A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 30, at Phillippi Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be scheduled at a later date at Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home, Tenn.
