James Franklin Wagner (Jimmy), 59, passed away unexpectedly at the home of his sister on December 26, 2023.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Gordon Wagner, and a sister, Kathy Ann Mitchell.
Survivors include his sister, Nancy Kay Guinn of Elizabethton, and two brothers, Glen Douglas Wagner and wife Mary and Ambers Monroe Wagner of Elizabethton.
James will be cremated per his request.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 6, at 3 p.m. at Fellowship Community Church in Watauga.
