Quality pediatric care requires compassion and a willingness by the physician to invest themselves in the lives of their patients. That’s Dr. Jessica Jones’ commitment to her patients as she begins in her new role at ETSU Health Pediatrics Elizabethton.
“When our children don’t feel well, we don’t feel well,” Dr. Jones said. “There can be so much uncertainty in something that is supposed to be as simple as a checkup. I feel strongly about not only providing consistent, quality medical care but also compassion to my patients and their families.”
Dr. Jones is a native of the region who chose to move with her husband and two small children to Carter County for the fresh air and space to grow. She is passionate about her pride in this region and her gratitude for what growing up here has taught her: fulfillment in hard work, joy in her mountain legacy, peace in faith, and satisfaction in perseverance.
Jones earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency in Quillen’s Department of Pediatrics.
