The Elizabethton Carter County Public Library Adult Book Club will meet January 25 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Riverside Tap House, 635 E. Elk Ave.
Members will discuss the book “The Unfortunate Side Effects of Heartbreak and Magic.” In the book, the Gilmore Girls meet Practical Magic in this warm and witchy debut novel that explains the shields we build around our hearts to retain our own magic.
