The Jonesborough Repertory Theatre is holding auditions for “Into the Woods” on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 5 and 6, at 7 p.m. at the JRT Warehouse located at 1533 Persimmon Ridge Road, Jonesborough, next to Wetlands.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script and a vocal audition. Auditioners should prepare a vocal piece in the style of the show, no longer than one minute. A Bluetooth speaker will be available for use. An accompanist will also be available – sheet music must be provided in a 3-ring binder with excerpts clearly marked.
Auditions are for ages 15 and up.
Production dates are May 17 through June 2 (with a possible added weekend, June 6-9).
