Best-selling author Angela Thomas Pharr to speak at Milligan Ladies Luncheon

Milligan University welcomes award-winning author and speaker Angela Thomas Pharr for the Eleanore L. Campbell Ladies Luncheon on Saturday, April 6. Sponsored by UBS Financial Services, Inc., the event will be held in the university’s McCormick Dining Center located in Sutton Hall from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The luncheon is hosted by the Associated Ladies for Milligan (ALM) with the media partnership of 88.3 WCQR.
Pharr is a best-selling author, gifted Bible teacher, disciple maker and story-teller. She is the author of numerous best-selling books including “Do You Think I’m Beautiful” and “My Single Mom Life.” She has also written and filmed four video studies with LifeWay, including “When Wallflowers Dance.”
A gifted teacher and story-teller, she speaks to thousands each year sharing her life experiences to help draw others into a deeper passion for knowing God. Pharr graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Dallas Theological Seminary.

The Eleanore L. Campbell Ladies Lunch is an event for women of all ages to be spiritually fed and recharged through biblical teaching and fellowship with other women throughout the region.
The purpose of ALM is to raise scholarship dollars for the university, be an outreach to the campus community and enrich women’s ministry in the local community. Proceeds raised from the event benefit the ALM Endowment to provide student scholarships at Milligan.
