Citizens Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Joe LaPorte III, and the Board of Directors are delighted to announce the elevation of Kevin L. Jessee to the position of Chief Executive Officer for the bank.

Kevin has been a vital force driving the bank’s success since he joined the Citizens Bank team in 1999. His unwavering commitment to clients and diligent efforts have served as a blueprint for success, leading him through various leadership roles within the company. In 2018, Kevin became part of the Executive Leadership as the Chief Credit Officer, and in 2021, the bank expanded his responsibilities adding the role of President.

Kevin’s exceptional leadership qualities have been instrumental in the bank’s growth and have proven vital in the bank’s successful navigation of business and economic challenges throughout his tenure. Kevin’s steadfast understanding of market changes, coupled with his adept ability to adapt to obstacles as they arise, has consistently positioned Citizens Bank for resilience and success. As he assumes the role of CEO, we are confident that Kevin will continue to exemplify these qualities, steering the bank towards a future of exemplary customer and community service as well as continued prosperity and innovation.
