Roan Mountain State Park is hosting a spring hike along the Moonshine Run Trail. There is no charge for the hike, and donations to the park will help with current trail planning and constructions.

Participants, which will be limited to 20, will meet at the Visitors Center Parking Lot at 10 a.m. Guests will follow the park ranger to the trailhead parking lot by the park cabins area for a 1.5 mile hike along the Doe River while enjoying some of the park’s early spring wildflowers.
