Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments are necessary.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Lunch – Oven Fried Chicken Patty, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3, 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday: Take Charge of Your Diabetes – UT Extension, 9:30 a.m.; Lunch – Chili Dog, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Instructor Sharon Pilk, 12 p.m., $3.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9-10 a.m.; Melody Hour – Bring an instrument or join and listen, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Egg Patty, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3, 1:30 p.m.

Thursday: Lunch – Chicken Alfredo, 11 a.m.; Vet – 2 – Vet Café: All Veterans Welcome! Sponsored by Caris Healthcare, 1 p.m.

Friday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9-10 a.m.; Let’s Play Bingo, sponsored by Christian Assisted Living, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Beef Taco Soup, 11 a.m.

REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council.
