The spring blooms are alive and well in Roan Mountain State Park. Ranger Phil Hylen will lead a Wildflower Study Tour Sunday, April 14, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Miller Farmstead.

Participants will meet at the Miller Farmstead parking lot before enjoying a short wildflower ID class and wildflower walk around the Miller Farmstead area. Be sure to bring a camera and dress for the weather. Participants will utilize park equipment for flower study.  

The tour is limited to 20 participants with a registration fee of $10 per person. Register your spot on the beautiful tour online or by calling our park offices.
