Roan Street Free Will

The Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have special signing by Joel Crisp on Sunday, April 21, at the 11 a.m. service.

First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church Elizabethton will have both an online and live worship service Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Rev. Felix Uberbacher will present the sermon “Unexpected Blessings” based on Hebrews 11: 1, Proverbs 3: 5-6, and Jeremiah 29:11.

Meditation is Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Adult Forum is Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

The pastor is the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt.

First Presbyterian is located at 119 West F St.

 

First Christian

First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will begin a new sermon series Sunday at 9:45 a.m. which follows the book “Cost” by Mike Baker. 

Bible study is Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Thursday at 6:30 p.m. the movie “God’s Not Dead: A Light In Darkness” will be shown. This is the third movie in the “God’s Not Dead” series. Popcorn and drinks will be provided.

First Christian has a food pantry. Persons who need a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.

New Liberty Free Will

Katelynn Gibson will be baptized during the evening service Sunday at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. The service will begin at 6 p.m.

Pastor Wesley Duncan invites all friends and family of Katelynn to attend this special service in support of her.

The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Department.

 

Hopson Chapel

The Rock Creek Ramblers will sing Sunday at Hopson Chapel Free Will Baptist Church at the 10 a.m. service.

The church is located at 601 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain.

The pastor, the Rev. James Hill, and the congregation invite the public to attend.

 

Grace Baptist

“Living the Sermon on the Mount” is the theme of the spring and summer series at Grace Baptist Church. Service times are 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The pastor is the Rev. Travis Tyler.
