• Anotonia Pearce, 27, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Robert Hughes on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Mindy Taylor, 24, 102 Emily Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with filing a false report.
• Ashlee Allebaugh, 31, 108 Frosty Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Jamie Nunley, 27, 139 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Dakota Grubb, 19, 5105 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Preston Slagle on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Kimberly Graham, 40, 150 Watauga Flats Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Tylor Johnson on an Attachment for Contempt for failure to pay child support.
• Allen England, 40, 192 Dalewood Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Sherwood Davis, 46, of Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Preston Slagle and charged with domestic assault.
• Debra Yourgulez, 58, 192 Dalewood Road, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with aggravated assault.
• Justin McClemons, 26, 112 Hickory Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with domestic assault.
• Dwayne Blackwell, 47, 67 Keystone Drive, Franklin, N.C., was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with driving on an expired license, misuse of evidence of registration and violation of financial responsibility.
• Victor Bowman, 53, 1314 Lowe St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett charging him with reckless driving.
• Noah Wallace, 37, 712 Boggs Ave., Knoxville, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Eduardo Olvera, 21, 403 Pine Hill, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with driving on a suspended license.
• Jennifer Hensley, 23, 695 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with driving on a suspended license and violation of financial responsibility.
• Jacquelin Smith, 26, 2484 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and misuse of evidence of registration.
