Harriet Ruth Page, 83, of Elizabethton, passed away after an extended illness at Sycamore Shoals Hospital on Saturday, January 16, 2016. Harriet was born in London, Ky., to the late Roy Earl Taylor and Edna Williams Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Walter Page, on November 7, 1992, and two brothers, Robert Glen Taylor and James Sherman Taylor.
Harriet was a housewife and was of the Mormon faith. She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of Foreign Wars of Elizabethton and she loved to read, garden, travel and cook.
Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Tessie Noel, of Elizabethton; a son, Harry Page and wife Donna, of Elizabethton; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Glenda Kuelper, of Elizabethton.
