Grady Franklin, 86, photo-journalist and former Valley Forge resident, passed away October 2, 2016 in Sheridan, Ind.
He attended Hampton High School and Elizabethton High School and the University of Tennessee. He also was a reporter for the Knoxville Journal and The Associated Press in Knoxville.
His wife Patricia survives as does his brother William in Melbourne, Fla.
He was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters as well as by his parents, Roby and Iva Franklin.
