Sabin Noel Smith, age 60, of Elizabethton TN, passed away Sept 27, 2019, in Elko, Nevada. Sabin was born on November 1, 1958, in Elizabethton, to Pansy Smith and the late Herbert Smith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sabrina Smith. He is survived by his mother, Pansy Smith, brother Doyle Smith and wife Janet, sister Regina Ritzrow all of Elizabethton. Daughter, Hope Dorsey, husband Bryan of Amherst, Ohio, sons Sabin T. And Shannon Smith and the mother of his sons, Michelle Smith, of Elizabethton. Two grandsons, Dalton Dorsey and Brayden Houghton. A private memorial service for the immediate family and friends will be held on Nov 3, 2019, at 3:00 pm at Moores Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Elizabethton.
