First Christian
An in-person worship service will be held Sunday at 9:45 a.m. at First Christian Church, Elizabethton. Also, at the same time, a live radio service on 90.5 AM will be held in the church
parking lot. The morning worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
The church is celebrating its 130th anniversary, and following Sunday morning worship, sweets and beverages will be served.
Weekly Bible studies are held at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The Wednesday night group is currently studying “Twelve Ordinary Men” by John MacArthur.

Upper Gap Creek
Southern Harmony will be musical guests at Upper Gap Creek Free Will Baptist Church, 1380 Dry Creek Road, on Sunday at the 11 a.m. service. A love offering will be received.
Following the service, lunch will be served in the fellowship hall.
There will be no evening service.
Everyone is invited.

Borderview
Borderview Christian Church, located at 1338 Bristol Highway, will have Trunk or Treat Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is open to everyone in surrounding communities.
Kids will have an opportunity to register for special door prizes.

East River Park
East River Park Christian Church, 1207 Broad St., will have a Halloween event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31. Events will feature a cookout with hotdogs, chips, and drinks after the second service. Trunk or Treat will begin at 1:30 p.m. with candy, popcorn, and hayrides.

Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church, located at 1114 Broad St., will have Trunk or Treat from 6 to 8 p.m. while supplies last.

Lower Shell Creek
Drive Thru Trunk or Treat will be held Saturday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lower Shell Creek Christian Church, 8726 US-19E Roan Mountain. There will be decorated cars along the parking lot, handing out treats and other goodies.

First Free Will
Trunk or Treat will be held Sunday at 6 p.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton. Church members will decorate the trunks of their cars for the event, which will be held in the Academy Street parking lot next to the church.
Prior to the event there will be a brief worship service in the church.

Keenburg Free Will
Keenburg Free Will Baptist Church, 135 Keenburg Road, will have Trunk or Treat Saturday, Oct. 30, in the church parking lot beginning at 6 p.m.
All kids are invited.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have an online worship service Sunday at 11 a.m.
Dr. Bill Kirkwood, vice provost for undergraduate education at ETSU, will be preaching.
Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online this week.

Hunter United Methodist
Hunter United Methodist Church will be hosting a free breakfast for all veterans, first responders and health care Professionals.
The breakfast will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, at 8:30 a.m. in the Hunter UMC Fellowship Hall, located at 722 TN Highway-91 North, Elizabethton.
Everyone is invited to attend and express your gratitude to these important and very hard working individuals in the community.
