Kathy Harrell, 74, of Hampton, Tenn., went home to join her Lord and her husband on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Hillview Health Center. Kathy was born in Germany to the late Bert and Gisela Arrowood. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Harrell (March 2021).
Kathy was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a loving homemaker and a member of Rittertown Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish and remember Kathy include her son, Keith Harrell and wife Lori of Greenbrier, Ark., and four grandsons, Connor, Evan, Matthew and Wyatt Harrell.
A service to celebrate Kathy’s life will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 14, at Rittertown Baptist Church with Pastor Richard Stout and Pastor Dean Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service. The graveside service will follow in the Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Rittertown Baptist Church, 822 Rittertown Road, Hampton, TN 37658 in memory of Kathy.
